Reverdito begins where the Langhe identity is strongest: in the vineyard. The estate’s own words put it plainly—winegrowers before producers—a framing that sets the tone for everything that follows.
The winery is based in La Morra, and its modern chapter starts in 2000, presented as the point of arrival of a family path that started in the late 1960s.

Location

From La Morra, Reverdito works across some of Barolo’s most recognized ground. The cellar vinifies grapes from multiple Barolo DOCG crus, spread across four municipalities—including sites in La Morra, Serralunga d’Alba, Monforte d’Alba, and Verduno.

The vineyard work is also described as outward-facing: Reverdito helped found and actively participates in the Piedmont Green Experience project, and connects with a wider network of affiliated winegrowers across Langa, Roero, and Monferrato.
In practical terms, that means choices like green manuring, mating disruption, protection of biodiversity, prioritizing agronomic solutions, eliminating chemical weeding between rows, and maintaining traceability in controls—presented as daily discipline, not marketing.

Winemaking & Philosophy

The winery’s north star is elegance, refinement, and recognizability—traits explicitly tied to Nebbiolo and carried through a deliberately traditional approach.
In the cellar, the method follows the same logic: great fruit first, then patient structures—large vats and large-format barrels (40–50 hl)—with each Barolo cru vinified separately, so the vineyard signature stays intact from ferment to bottle.

Even the details reinforce that vineyard-first mindset. Since 2016, cement amphoras have been used for the vinification of Pelaverga (Verduno Pelaverga DOC), alongside the large vats and barrels that shape the rest of the range.
The portfolio rounds out with multiple Barbera expressions (including large-barrel and stainless-steel vinifications), plus Langhe Nebbiolo DOC and Langhe Nascetta DOC—a white Langhe voice described with yellow-apple and citrus character.
