Grillo Miral

Cantine Fina “Miral” Grillo is a fresh, aromatic white wine from Sicily, Italy, made from the native Grillo grape. It reflects the coastal Mediterranean style of western Sicily with citrus, floral notes, and mineral freshness.

Winemaking process

Late summer harvest. Fermentation mainly in stainless steel to preserve freshness. Sometimes partial fermentation or aging in barrique for texture. Short bottle aging before release.
