Crémant de Bourgogne
The effervescence of Bourgogne in all its finesse—fine, dense bubbles and a naturally elegant Chardonnay profile, built for sharing from aperitif through dessert.
Winemaking process
Pneumatic pressing, strict juice selection, then fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. Aged 18 months “on slats” (sur lattes). Dosage: 6 g/L.
Tasting notes
Fine, dense bubbles; a fresh, expressive nose with citrus notes—Chardonnay’s aromatic potential showing clearly in this cuvée.
Food pairings
From aperitif (Comté gougères) to dessert (brioches, waffles). Also suggested: aged Parmesan.
