Cantine Fina “Bausa” is a structured Sicilian red wine made from Nero d’Avola, produced in western Sicily near Marsala. The wine takes its name from the Bausa district, where the winery and vineyards are located, and represents a more concentrated, oak-aged expression of Sicily’s flagship grape
Winemaking process
Fermentation with skin contact. Aged about 12 months in wooden barrels for structure and spice. Bottle maturation before release.
