Giusti Wine is built around a single, stubborn idea: time is not something you fight—it’s something you cultivate. That philosophy sits right at the entrance to the estate’s story, alongside Ermenegildo Giusti’s own line about wine and art: matter, color, light, patience, and passion.

The project formally begins in 2002, when Ermenegildo Giusti founded Giusti Wine after returning to Italy, carrying with him the instincts of a farming background and the ambition of an entrepreneur.
From that starting point, the winery grows not as a single vineyard, but as a constellation: 130 hectares, divided into 10 estates, spread across the Montello and the alluvial plain of the Destra Piave, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia (Treviso).

Location

The heart of the winery is in Nervesa della Battaglia, where the land shifts from the Montello’s contour to the Piave’s old riverbed. In their own technical notes, the estate describes parts of this terrain as an ancient Piave riverbed, marked by gravel and pebbles—a soil character that naturally leans into freshness, especially for whites.

The estate map is intentionally wide: ten named agricultural properties (including Aria Valentina, Maria Vittoria, Case Bianche, and others) form the backbone of their production identity.

Winemaking & Philosophy

The range is designed as a territorial journey across Veneto, driven by grape variety and denomination rather than trend.

  • Glera anchors their sparkling wines: Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Prosecco DOC.
  • Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot shape their still reds under Montello Rosso Superiore DOCG and Asolo Montello DOC, with Recantina also present as a rediscovered local variety woven back into the region’s modern voice.
  • And in the Valpolicella Classica area, they produce their own expressions of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG and Valpolicella Ripasso DOC—the same classic pillar wines that appear in your L&G list.
