Chardonnay Amantiglio
A fresh and expressive Tuscan Chardonnay from the hills of Chianti Colli Fiorentini near Florence. Produced under the Toscana IGT designation, this wine emphasizes purity and balance, offering bright fruit character, lively acidity, and a clean, modern style shaped by stainless-steel vinification.
Winemaking process
Winemaking & Production Grapes are harvested in September and gently pressed before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine ferments without skin contact and without malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness, then ages for several months in stainless steel followed by additional bottle aging before release.
Tasting notes
The wine shows a brilliant straw-yellow color with aromatic notes of peach, apricot, and tropical fruit complemented by delicate floral tones. On the palate it is crisp and harmonious, with flavors of ripe stone fruit and citrus supported by refreshing acidity and a balanced, clean finish.
Food pairings
This vibrant Chardonnay pairs well with seafood, shellfish, and light Mediterranean dishes. It also complements creamy risottos, grilled poultry, and veal, where the wine’s freshness and fruit character balance richer flavors.
